Front/Rear pad sensors should always be replaced when you change the pads.  This is the sensor that illuminates the dash light for the pad wear indicator.  Sold in sets of (4).  The front pads take 4 and the rear pads take 4.  Your car takes 8 total sensors.

If your car originally came with Bendix calipers then you MUST replace both calipers with the new ATE units. The ATE units are the upgraded style that MB recommends on cars with the older Bendix calipers.  The ATE calipers will take the newer Turbo model pads that are slightly thicker.  Make sure to order the turbo brake pads with these calipers, not the non-turbo ones.

Brake hoses are rubber and will deteriorate over time both on the outside and inside.  Many times the interior of the hose will start to flake off and ruin a good caliper.  They are cheap and easy to replace.  Restores pedal feel when done with your brake job.

Brake Fluid Reservoir

If you have a leak where the brake fluid reservoir fits into the master cylinder, then its an easy job to replace.  After 20 years the plastic and seals get yellow and hard and crack and leak.  Installs by just pushing into the master cylinder.  Easy job.
